now that exchange api has been folded in with the rest of the m365 api, it doesn't make sense to maintain an options file with only exchange functionality. Since all calls in the file were used 1:1 with some api func, those options have been moved into their respective api funcs.

Begins the process ofcentralizing the graph package in pkg/services/m365, instead of dividing up the funcs between different connector subpackages. These were found using https://github.com/timakin/bodyclose. Not adding it as a linter for now as it was producing false positive(I think) on OneDrive item. The close was happening in a9918d2f78/src/internal/kopia/upload.go (L68) instead of right alongside it which might be why it got thrown off.

A couple minor refactors. First, combines the
graph/service_helper.go and graph/service.go
files into a single file (just lift'n'shift, no logic
changes). Second, renames CreateHTTPClient
to just HTTPClient. Third, replaces the new
LargeItemClient constructor with extensible
options for the http client, starting with a
NoTimeout option. This will provide longer
term maintenance over multiple constructors.
This change sets up QoL for building multiple services
and clients within api layer handlers, which will appear
