First pass for updating code outside of the path package
to comply with ServiceResource tuple slices. Compliance
is still incomplete, so the build and tests
will still fail. Changes
in this PR are focused on the easier-to-make changes, mostly
generating ServiceResources where there were
previously manual declarations of service and resource.

Mostly find/replace on errors.N and errors.W. Also turns all wrapf into wrap, and removes as many errorf calls as possible.
Might follow up with a linter to enforce this change.

In order to retrieve all clues structured error data in tests, we need to extract it from the error using the clues library.
This change appends `clues.ToCore(err)` to all
variations of `assert.NoError(t, err)`. The only
other changes are those necessary to preserve
linting, or to produce an error variable for the
ToCore call.

Adds a path.Build() func that can arbitrarily build a path according to expected standards without first initializing a path.Builder{}.

## Description
Remove unused code that counted the number of resource owners that participated in the backup. This is no longer required as we've restricted each backup to act on a single resource owner

## Description
Adds a new func to the data.Collection iface:
DoNotMergeItems() tells kopia to skip the
retention of items from prior snapshots when
generating the new snapshot for this collection.
A primary use case for this flag is when a delta
token expires, preventing an incremental lookup
and forcing gc to re-discover all items in the
container.

## Description
Add functions to Collection and Stream interfaces that allow for getting
more information about the difference between the previous backup and
the currently in-progress one. These will allow delta token-based
incremental backups to determine how the state has evolved.
Current code does not use these functions and return values for them
are "default" values that should result in full backups even if
KopiaWrapper is updated to start checking the values and GraphConnector
still pulls all items
These functions are not used during restore and can return "default"
values

Backup and Restore metrics need to know the
count of resource owners in the operation. This
processor extracts that data from the collections
that get passed from producer to consumer.
