Parallelize restores within a collection for OneDrive (#3492)
This should massively speed up when restoring a collection with many
items. Will not impact much if we have a lot of collections with few
items each.

Numbers 🔢 :
- Restoring ~7000 files, mostly small, totaling 1.5GB
  - Sequential: ~70m
  - Parallel: ~50m
- Restoring 1200 50mb files
  - Sequential: 4h 45m
  - Parallel: <40m

replace errors.* with clues.* (#2924)
Mostly find/replace on errors.N and errors.W. Also turns all wrapf into wrap, and removes as many errorf calls as possible.

Might follow up with a linter to enforce this change.

Log user name when enumerating drive items (#2872)
This mimics the behavior for exchange where we print out which user and what content is currently being enumerated. While this might not be useful when we are only backing up a single user, it can come in handy when we run backups for multiple users.

append ToCore to all errors tests (#2793)
In order to retrieve all clues structured error data in tests, we need to extract it from the error using the clues library.

This change appends `clues.ToCore(err)` to all
variations of `assert.NoError(t, err)`. The only
other changes are those necessary to preserve
linting, or to produce an error variable for the
ToCore call.

centralize observe channel listener handling (#2523)
## Description

To ensure that the observe channel handling
doesn't accidentally spawn unkillable routines,
adds a centralized channel listener func for
standard channel management in observe
progress bars.

log observed messages (#2073)
## Description

add logging to the observe package, assume that
every instance where a message is observed, it
also gets logged.

Merger may want to wait until logging to a file is the standard behavior, else the terminal might get messy/buggy.

Progress bar improvements (#1302)
## Description

This adds the following functionality to the CLI progress output:
- Add a message e.g. to describe a completed stage
- Add a message describing a stage in progress (using a spinner) and trigger completion
- Add a progress tracker (as a counter) for a specified number of items (when the # items is known up front
- Improves `ItemProgress` by aligning the columns a bit better and also removing the progress bar and replacing
  with a byte counter

Finally - the above are used in the `backup` and `backup create onedrive` flows. Follow up PRs will wire these up for
exchange and the restore flows also.

adds collection-level progress display (#1187)
## Description

Adds a progress spinner tracking the collection-level work on an incremental basis. Useful for tracking collection progress when individual files may be too quickly resolved to visibly show progress bars.

In the future, we could combine the two so that the current item in progress always displays below the collection tracker.

Lint rule for making new contexts in tests (#1199)
## Description
Create a lint rule that warns if `context.TODO` or `context.Background` are called in tests. This helps standardize the use of `tester.NewContext` and ensures log messages are properly flushed during tests.

Output from the linter is similar to (sadly can't get rid of the `\\` in there)
```
pkg/services/m365/m365_test.go:49:22: use of `context.Background` forbidden because "tests should use tester\\.NewContext" (forbidigo)
        ids, err := UserIDs(context.Background(), acct)
Allow purge command to delete OneDrive folders (#1094)
* Add functions for OneDrive purge
function is setup to return and take purgable instead of just userID,
itemID for deleter.
* Adjust other functions to take purgable
Adjust interface for deleter so that it allows more information to the
delete function. The called function can cast the purgable it was passed
back to the type that was returned by the getter function.
* Move struct definition
Per reviewer comment move struct definition to OneDrive package instead
of leaving in purge command.
* Fix lint error
Likely slipped through while GitHub actions was having issues.
add progress display handler and api (#1116)
## Description
Adds a new package- Observe- for owning user-
oriented displays like progress bars.  This PR adds
an initial progress bar to onedrive backups as a
proof-of-concept.  The API is more important than
the specific progress bar package at this time.
Future changes may opt for a different pkg.
Display format currently looks like:
```
59% [=============>           ] (6.9/12 kB, 14 MB/s)  |  Item_Name.txt
```
Known Issues:
* the `progressbar` package does not support multiline output, and [the author is not planning to add support](https://github.com/schollz/progressbar/issues/6).  This causes concurrent items to overwrite each other.  We will either need to fork the library, or change to a different one.
