<!-- PR description-->
New commands to initialize & connect to a repo on local or network attached storage.
* `repo init filesystem --path /tmp/repo`
* `repo connect filesystem --path /tmp/repo`
Includes basic unit & e2e tests. More coverage to be added in a following PR to keep the size contained.
**Updates:**
* Added Repo path sanitization i.e. handle relative paths, make paths cross platform compatible, etc.
* Removed retention artifacts, not supported for filesystem storage.
* cli docs - auto updated.
* Manually tested with all corso backup/restore/export commands.
**Doesn't include**
1. Symlinks
2. User ids wiring into repo.
3. Repos documentation update - in an upcoming PR.
4. Prefix support -> kopia doesn't support prefixes for `filesystem` storage
5. More E2E tests.

Not sure if we wanna merge it as it might generate way too many conflicts, but this should help us add a linter in CI. If we are good, I'll add something that can do lints for this in a follow up PR.
Super hacky, but this fix was created using `while true ; do tree-grepper -q go '(argument_list "," @nope .)' | tail -n1| awk -F: "{print \$1,\"+\"\$2\" -c ':norm \$xJZZ'\"}" | xargs vim ; done`.

Starting code for removing item data snapshots,
backups, and backup details that have been
orphaned. Data can become orphaned through either
incomplete backup delete operations (older
corso versions) or because backups didn't
complete successfully
This code doesn't cover all cases (see TODOs in
PR) but gets a lot of the boiler-plate that will
be required. Future PRs will build on what's in
here to close the gaps
This code is not wired into any corso operations
so it cannot be run outside of unit tests

Create a struct that handles:
* initialization from existing kopia config info
* in-memory updates to config info
* detecting which config info structs from kopia need updated
* returning kopia config info structs
Overall, this allows us to isolate the logic for
calculating the new retention configuration info
in kopia
Viewing by commit may help.
First commit just splits up existing code, moving it into
either conn.go (will be used later) or retention/opts.go.
Subsequent commits switch to using a struct, add tests,
and fixup existing logic

Code is largely boilerplate between each service, but with just enough quirks that full consolidation would require excess jumping through hoops.

Thread the PointInTime argument through corso to kopia so that S3 repos can be opened at a specific point if they're using versioning and object locking
This only allows SDK access to the feature at the moment and no changes are made to enable immutable backups. This is just low hanging fruit since it's wiring
CLI changes will need more thought as we ideally only want to enable this behavior for a subset of S3 commands (restore, details, list)
Manually tested opening a repo with some hacky CLI code to wire up flags

Add a new set of functions to find
bases for incremental backups. The
new set of functions return
* set of backup models and the reasons for selecting each
* set of snapshots to merge and the reasons for selecting each
* set of snapshots for kopia-assisted incrementals and reasons for selecting each
New code is not wired into existing
system so no behavioral changes are
expected

Setting the repository policy calls `policy.SetPolicy` in Kopia which involves repository scan. This is an
expensive operation if the repository has a lot of snapshots.
This commit changes Corso behavior to only call this on repository init and not on every connect.

Add a helper function that allows loading the root directory of a snapshot given the snapshot manifest. This will allow future code for merging directory hierarchies to be tested without having to involve an actual instance of kopia with some previously created snapshots.

## Description
Tell kopia about previous snapshots during the backup
so it can make use of them to skip uploading some data.
Currently only selects the most recent completed snapshot
and most recent incomplete snapshot that contains the
information being backed up. This can be tuned later if
it is not working good enough. However, increasing the
number of previous snapshots passed in may increase memory
usage during backup

## Description
Disable the kopia retention policy that it uses by default. All snapshot deletions in corso must be done manually.
There should really be a follow up change to this after making a method in kopia public. Right now this PR is going off [some code](7bda16ab33/snapshot/policy/retention_policy.go (L117)) that shows the effective number of "latest" snapshots will default to intMAX if all of the other fields are set. We really should have a regression test or something for this to ensure that's actually the case. I've manually tested this patch, but that's not a scalable solution

swaps the corso go module from github.com/
alcionai/corso to github.com/alcionai/corso/src
to align with the location of the go.mod and
go.sum files inside the repo.
All other changes in the repository update the
package imports to the new module path.
* Skip updating policy if no changes needed
* Set default compressor on repo connection and initialization
* Factor out common code for connecting to a repo
* New unit test ensuring compressor is set properly
Test compressor is set both through Initialize and Connect because
client code doesn't have to call Connect if it just did Initialize.
* Function that allows adjusting global compression
Takes the name of a kopia compressor and sets the default compressor to
be that in the repo.
* Basic unit tests for setting compression
Ensures that the policy is actually applied to future snapshots that
kopia will take.
* Integration test for changing compression types
Make sure that data is still available even if the global compression
policy changes from what it was when the backup was made.
* Turn on revive linter, ignore only a few things
* Fix lint errors
Ignore shadowing of 'suite' in tests for now. Also move some constants
that had the same value to tester.
* [Minor #323] add --success-on-exists flag to make idempotent

* Split KopiaWrapper into repo handle and logic
With ModelStore, multiple structs need a reference to the kopia repo.
Make a small wrapper class (conn) that can open and initialize a repo. The
wrapper handles concurrent closes and opens and does ref counting to
ensure it only drops the kopia handle when the last reference is closed.
Rename KopiaWrapper to Wrapper and keep backup/restore functionality
in it.
