populate a "test_name" clues field in the
tester context, so that logs can be associated
with the calling test.

Mostly find/replace on errors.N and errors.W. Also turns all wrapf into wrap, and removes as many errorf calls as possible.
Might follow up with a linter to enforce this change.

changes a couple things in the backup cli output:
* appends the backup id after completion
* prints an error if the backup fails
* replaces multierr with a clues error
* logs each backup failure individually

In order to retrieve all clues structured error data in tests, we need to extract it from the error using the clues library.
This change appends `clues.ToCore(err)` to all
variations of `assert.NoError(t, err)`. The only
other changes are those necessary to preserve
linting, or to produce an error variable for the
ToCore call.

## Description
Create a lint rule that warns if `context.TODO` or `context.Background` are called in tests. This helps standardize the use of `tester.NewContext` and ensures log messages are properly flushed during tests.
Output from the linter is similar to (sadly can't get rid of the `\\` in there)
```
pkg/services/m365/m365_test.go:49:22: use of `context.Background` forbidden because "tests should use tester\\.NewContext" (forbidigo)
ids, err := UserIDs(context.Background(), acct)
## Description
Replace all cases of context.Background() and
context.TODO() with the testing ctx, which seeds
a logging instance into the context. The seed is
less important than the flush action, since errant log.Ctx(ctx) calls will automatically use the log
singleton. But in order for the logs to show up
within the test, they need to get flushed.
See my comments for focus on non-chaff changes.
swaps the corso go module from github.com/
alcionai/corso to github.com/alcionai/corso/src
to align with the location of the go.mod and
go.sum files inside the repo.
All other changes in the repository update the
package imports to the new module path.
Adds the base CLI integration tests for backup, list, details,
and restore. Also refactors out the global root command
value in favor of a ctx-bound reference so that tests may
control safely overwriting stdout to scrutinize output.
Makes the necessary changes, including adding helper
funcs, to bring the CLI up to an integration-testable
state. The changes made in this commit should be
sufficient for most other CLI tests. Includes a single
test as verification.
Cobra's RunE causes every error response to display the
CLI help menu for the current command, after printing the
original error itself. This made error outputs difficult to
read, and was generally unhelpful in most cases. The exit
func in Print now prints the error and closes the CLI without
showing the help menu.
