This PR includes two smaller changes that
cascaded to touch a lot of files:
first, introduces inject.RestoreConsumerConfig, which
is a container-of-things for holding common restore configs and options.
second, moves the restorePermissions flag from options
into the restoreConfig.
utilizes the old drive name in case the drive
was deleted between backup and restore.
Priority is first to use drives whose ids match the
backup id; second, to use drives whose names
match the backup drive name; third, to fall
back to a new, arbitrary name.
adds a cache on the m365 controller
which, through a new interface func,
writes metadata about the backed up
drive ids and names to a cache. That cache
gets passed into drive-based restores
for more granular usage. Utilization of the cached info coming in the
next change.
ads operations level tests for advanced restore
configuration on all three services.
Code is largely boilerplate between each service, but with just enough quirks that full consolidation would require excess jumping through hoops.

handle onedrive item collision cases where a file to be restored is in conflict with an existing folder. Skip and Copy will function normally. For Replace behavior, we'll defer to Copy in this situation, so that the file gets restored without changing or deleting the folder. If a folder creation attempts to replace an item, we do a similar action and make a renamed copy of the folder instead.

pushes collision checks in onedrive upward from the api layer (due to the bug with ConflictBehavior) and into the restore controller. Collision resolution in drive follows the same pattern that we use in exchange.

As of now we are only backing up and restoring actual permissions. This adds support for backing up and restoring link shares as well.

Adds collision policy handling to onedrive item posts. This allows us to override the default "replace" behavior that currently returns a 409 for the creation endpoint, in case we want to use skip (ie: fail) or copy handling.
