Change printing of backup stats to single line (#4526)
Previously we were printing a table for a single item which, for one
was unnecessary, but this also make the output of a backup more
compact.

Do not print all the restored items if there are a lot of them (#3495)
For large restore, it just ends up printing a lot of text. This change makes it print a summary instead. We still retain printing the full content if the user asks for a json output as we assume they would be piping it somewhere.

move sharepoint onto map-based lookup (#2958)
Refactors the sharepoint site lookup to use the
id-to-name maps. This has a momentary regression
that will get solved in the next PR: we no longer
match on weburl suffixes, and instead require
a complete match.

Also, migrates the sharepoint lookup code out
of GC and into Discovery.

adds sharepoint restore cli commands (#1637)
## Description

Adds restore commands to the cli for sharepoint.
The restore process is only partially functional at this time.
Library files that pass auth are able to be restored as expected.
However, auth issues (not directly related to these changes) prevent
restoration of all library items at this time.

add progress display handler and api (#1116)
## Description

Adds a new package- Observe- for owning user-
oriented displays like progress bars. This PR adds
an initial progress bar to onedrive backups as a
proof-of-concept. The API is more important than
the specific progress bar package at this time.
Future changes may opt for a different pkg.

Display format currently looks like:
```
59% [=============>           ] (6.9/12 kB, 14 MB/s)  |  Item_Name.txt
```

Known Issues:
* the `progressbar` package does not support multiline output, and [the author is not planning to add support](https://github.com/schollz/progressbar/issues/6). This causes concurrent items to overwrite each other. We will either need to fork the library, or change to a different one.

remove help menu output from non-cli errors (#438)
Cobra's RunE causes every error response to display the
CLI help menu for the current command, after printing the
original error itself. This made error outputs difficult to
read, and was generally unhelpful in most cases. The exit
func in Print now prints the error and closes the CLI without
showing the help menu.
