GC: SharePoint: ItemType Decouple (#2720)
<!-- Insert PR description-->
ItemTypes for SharePoint were `SharePointItem` only. This did not allow for data to be separated by category.
Newly created categories:
- SharePointLibrary
- SharePointList
- SharePointPage

Breaks history for `SharePointItems`. All previous SharePoint items are available during `Corso List` command. However, when using the details command with the backup ID for `SharePointItems` restored prior to this PR , the return will be:
```
no items match the specified selectors
```

selectors use mulit-value short-refs (#2736)
With onedrive storage file names being changed from the file display name to the file id, we need a more granular form of indentification when using selectors to choose which values count as matchable fields.

This change modifies the selector PathValues to return slices of strings for each category instead of a single string, and the reducer matches on any. This will allow each service to decide what values are considered equivalent (id, shortRef, a value inside the info, etc) for each property.

⬆️ Bump golang.org/x/tools from 0.6.0 to 0.7.0 in /src (#2729)
Bumps [golang.org/x/tools](https://github.com/golang/tools) from 0.6.0 to 0.7.0.
<details>
<summary>Release notes</summary>
<p><em>Sourced from <a href="https://github.com/golang/tools/releases">golang.org/x/tools's releases</a>.</em></p>
<blockquote>
<h1>gopls/v0.7.0</h1>
<h2>Features</h2>
<h3>Postfix completions</h3>
<p>Postfix completions are a new style of completions that can save you time by inserting more complex pieces of commonly-written code. All of the results end with <code>!</code>. This feature was added experimentally in <code>gopls/v0.6.10</code> and is now enabled by default.</p>
<p>See this example:</p>
<p><img src="https://user-images.githubusercontent.com/5856771/114612163-c5df9800-9c6f-11eb-959c-8fe529018a21.gif" alt="ezgif-3-a82b2077ff38" /></p>
<h3>New commands: <a href="https://github.com/golang/tools/blob/master/gopls/doc/commands.md#retrieves-a-list-of-packages">List known packages</a> and <a href="https://github.com/golang/tools/blob/master/gopls/doc/commands.md#asks-the-server-to-add-an-import-path-to-a-given-go-file">add import</a></h3>
<p>These commands can be used to manually list available packages to import and then add an import to your file. They are currently not used by any known clients, but they will be made available through the Command Palette in VS Code in the next VS Code Go release.</p>
<h2>Improvements</h2>
<h3>Memory usage</h3>
<p>Improved trimming of the ASTs of dependency packages results in reduced memory usage, especially for projects with many dependencies. This may result in some hard-to-diagnose bugs that we're not yet aware of, so please report any surprising behavior via <a href="https://golang.org/issues/new">https://golang.org/issues/new</a>.</p>
<h2>Fixes</h2>
<p>A full list of all issues fixed can be found in the <a href="https://github.com/golang/go/milestone/213?closed=1">gopls/v0.7.0 milestone</a>. To report a new problem, please file a new issue at <a href="https://golang.org/issues/new">https://golang.org/issues/new</a>.</p>

Remove Graph call that could cause throttling issues (#2727)
The logic added in [2632](https://github.com/alcionai/corso/pull/2632) introduces an extra Graph call for
every item that is being backed up - which can lead to throttling errors.

Removing this till we figure out the right solution.

This commit also adds some extra logging to help debug throttling errors.

migrate streamstore details to own file (#2725)
Initial code movement before getting into larger refactor. The goal is to refactor the stream store so that it can comply with multiple different writers and readers beyond just the details.Details struct. This will allow us to use the stream store to ingest large lists of errors fault items without burdening the backup manifest.

Only set repo configuration on init (#2717)
Setting the repository policy calls `policy.SetPolicy` in Kopia which involves repository scan. This is an
expensive operation if the repository has a lot of snapshots.

This commit changes Corso behavior to only call this on repository init and not on every connect.

Exclude metadata files from the set that we merge during incrementals (#2650)
Metadata files don't need to appear in backup
details, which means they also shouldn't be
merged during incremental backups. If we
expect them to be merged then we'll fail the
item count check for the merge process

This excludes items with metadata extensions
from merging by not adding the to the list
of items to merge

Also make it so that metadata items don't
create backup details entries in the first
place

Manually tested to ensure
restore(backup(onedrive)) still works as
expected
